Formuła 2 Sezon 2023 – 29. sezon Formuły 2 organizowanej pod egidą Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile i jednocześnie siódmy sezon po drugiej reaktywacji serii. Sezon rozpoczął się 4 marca na torze Bahrain International Circuit w Sakhir, a zakończył 26 listopada na torze Yas Marina Circuit w Abu Zabi.

Lista startowa Wszyscy kierowcy korzystają z samochodów Dallara F2 2018 wyposażone w sześciocylindrowe turbodoładowane silniki Mecachrome o pojemności 3,4 litra. Dostawcą opon dla wszystkich zespołów jest Pirelli. Zmiany przed sezonem Zmiany wśród zespołów Nowozelandzki producent samochodów, Rodin Cars został większościowym udziałowcem zespołu, wobec czego zespół będzie jeździł pod nazwą Rodin Carlin. Niemiecki zespół Formuły 4 PHM Racing przejął zgłoszenie i aktywa zespołu Charouz Racing System i ma startować pod nazwą PHM Racing by Charouz. Firma Invicta Watch Group nawiązała długoterminowe partnerstwo z zespołem Virtuosi Racing, zostając sponsorem tytularnym ekipy.

Zmiany wśród kierowców Dennis Hauger i Jehan Daruvala zastąpili Felipe Drugovicha i Clémenta Novalaka w zespole MP Motorsport. Carlin zmienił skład kierowców – nowymi reprezentantami ekipy zostali Enzo Fittipaldi i Zane Maloney. Prema zmieniła skład kierowców – nowymi reprezentantami ekipy zostali Oliver Bearman i Frederik Vesti. Nowymi kierowcami zespołu Hitech zostali Jak Crawford i Isack Hadjar. Trident zmienił skład kierowców – kierowcami zespołu zostali Clément Novalak i Roman Staněk. Kierowcami zespołu PHM Racing by Charouz zostali Roy Nissany i Brad Benavides Arthur Leclerc zastąpił Roya Nissany'ego w ekipie DAMS. Kush Maini zastąpił Olliego Caldwella w zespole Campos Racing. Amaury Cordeel zastąpił Marino Satō w zespole Virtuosi Racing. Juan Manuel Correa zastąpił Jake'a Hughesa w ekipie Van Amersfoort Racing.
