Poniższy wykaz przedstawia laureatów i nominowanych do Nagrody Bookera.
To wyróżnienie literackie przyznawane jest nieprzerwanie od 1969 roku dla najlepszej powieści napisanej w języku angielskim. Do 2013 roku nominowany mógł zostać jedynie obywatel Wspólnoty Narodów i Irlandii, obecnie brane pod uwagę są wszystkie prace wydane w Wielkiej Brytanii i napisane oryginalnie w języku angielskim (a nie przetłumaczone na ten język).
Do roku 2000 ogłaszano jedynie finalistów nagrody, jednak w kolejnym roku zaczęto publikować również długie listy nominacji.
W ramach nagrody tworzono również specjalne wyróżnienia. W 1993 roku "Booker of Bookers" został przyznany Dzieciom północy Salmana Rushdiego (laureat z 1981) jako najlepszej książce w 25-letniej historii nagrody. Książka wygrała również w publicznym głosowaniu w 2008 roku z okazji 40-lecia Bookera i otrzymała "The Best of the Booker". W 2018 roku z okazji 50-lecia nagrody przyznano "Golden Man Booker" powieści Angielski pacjent Michaela Ondaatjego (laureat z 1992). W 2011 roku uhonorowano również Beryl Bainbridge, która znalazła się pięciokrotnie w finale nagrody, przyznając jej "Best of Beryl" za Master Georgie (nominacja w 1998).

W 2010 specjalne jury (poeta i powieściopisarz Tobias Hill, prezenterka telewizyjna Katie Derham oraz dziennikarka i krytyczka Rachel Cooke) – z których wszyscy urodzili się w 1970 r. lub podobnym czasie – zostało powołane w celu wybrania krótkiej listy sześciu powieści z tego roku.
Laureatem Nagrody Bookera „Lost Man Booker Prize” został J.G. Farrell. Rodzina przyjęła w jego imieniu oprawiony przez projektanta egzemplarz powieści.
