Niedawno przeszukując miejsce, w które mógł zostać wyrzucony materiał z jaskini, odnaleziono dalsze kości tego samego neandertalczyka oraz jeszcze jednego egzemplarza. Jedna z nowych kości idealnie pasuje do czaszki Feldhofera 1.
