W roku 2010 ukazała się poświęcona festiwalowi książka pt. Reggae Sunsplash 1978-1998, zawierająca szczegółowy opis wszystkich poszczególnych edycji, jak również statystyki, wywiady i archiwalne fotografie; autorem opracowania jest Java Immanuel-I.
