La heleborina de fueyes anches (Epipactis helleborine) ye una especie d'orquídees terrestres, del xéneru Epipactis. thumb|Vista de la planta Descripción Ye hemicriptófita; los sos rizomes carnosos y rastreros desenvuelven renuevos, brotando en primavera un tarmu añal d'unos 20-70 cm de llargor.
Presenten de 4 a 8 fueyes llanceolaes, alternes, que se desenvuelven socesivamente cada vegada más curties hasta cerca del estremu del tarmu. Los sos márxenes son enteros, l'estremu picudu.
La inflorescencia en recímanu consta de flores simétriques billaterales con un atrayente coloríu. Los 3 sépalos y los 2 pétalos llaterales son ovoides y acuminaos. El so color puede variar de verde ablancazáu, a verde intensu, con manches violeta ó púrpura.
El labelo ta estremáu por un hipoquilo con forma de bola, cola superficie esterna d'un verde ablancazao y derroto con venes escures. El epiquilo d'un blancu amarellentáu ye onduláu con forma d'abanicu.
L'ovariu ye infero. Produz una cáusula seca con incontables granes diminutes. Taxonomía Epipactis helleborine describióse por (Linneo) Crantz y espublizóse en Stirpium Austriarum Fasciculus 2: 467, pl. 57. 1769. Etimoloxía El nome Epipactis (Epcts.), procede del griegu "epipaktis", nome d'una planta melecinal usada polos griegos antiguos na Grecia clásica.
