Los hiracoideos (Hyracoidea) son un orde de mamíferos placentarios qu'entienden seis especies vives arrexuntaes en trés xéneros y una sola familia (Procaviidae). Conócense comúnmente como damanes. Aniciar n'África hai 50 millones d'años (Oligocenu), y anguaño estiéndense por toa África y la península arábiga.
Suxirióse que los parientes más próximos a los hiracoideos son los tetiterios pero esti alderique nun ta zarráu del tou. Xunto con esti taxón los proboscidea y otros estinguíos, los tetiterios formen el cladu de los penungulados, que según los datos xenéticos moleculares queda clasificáu dientro del superorde de los afroterios.
