Ilam (persa: ایلام; treslliteráu: Īlām) ye una de les trenta y un provincies d'Irán.
Alcuéntrase nel sureste del país, na frontera con Iraq. La so capital ye Ilam (177 000 habitantes). Tien una superficie de 20 133 km².
