Profª. Birgitta Bremer (Suecia, ye una botánica, y brióloga sueca, profesora de la "Real Academia de les Ciencies de Suecia", y direutora del so Xardín Botánicu, participante nel grupu internacional APG II.

En 1980 llogra'l so doctoráu en botánica, cola tesis "Taxonomía de mofos del xéneru Schistidium".
En 1981-1982 foi docente, en 1983-1990 instructor de sistemática de la Universidá d'Estocolmu.
