Carrera En 1956, graduar pola Facultá de Bioloxía de la Universidá Estatal de Tblisi. Ente 1956 y 1959 foi estudiante de posgráu del Institutu de Botánica de l'Academia de Ciencies de Xeorxa. De 1959 a 1983 foi miembru d'investigaciones (1959-1966) y sénior (1966-1983) del Institutu de Botánica. De 1983 a 1990, xefa del Departamentu de Plantes Cultivaes, de 1990 a 2003, xefa del Departamentu de Reproducción Vexetal nel Institutu Ketskhoveli de Botánica. De 2003 a 2010 foi xefa d'investigaciones d'esi departamentu.

Dende 2010, presentar a Gvaladze como Científica Emérita del institutu de Botánica. En 1962, llogró un PhD en bioloxía; y, en 1974 el grau de Doctora en Ciencies Biolóxiques.
