El meridià 72 a l'oest de Greenwich és una línia de longitud que s'estén des del pol Nord travessant l'oceà Àrtic, Groenlàndia, Amèrica, l'oceà Atlàntic, l'oceà Antàrtic, i l'Antàrtida fins al pol Sud.
