Leyden Trophy je trofej pro vítězný tým Východní divize Ontario Hockey League. Trofej byla poprvé udělena v sezóně 1975-76 (tehdy pro vítěze Leydenovy divize OHL). Trofej je pojmenována po Mattu Leydenovi za jeho přínos ontarijskému juniorskému hokeji.
