Mistrovství světa superbiků 2011 bylo 24. ročníkem mistrovství světa superbiků. Sezona začala 24. února na australském Phillip Islandu a skončila po 13 podnicích a 26 jednotlivých závodech 16. října v portugalském Portimãu.

Po 23 sezonách nepřetržité účasti skončil v šampionátu tovární tým Ducati, který tak byl od sezony 2011 zastupován pouze soukromými týmy.

Mistrem světa se po dominantní sezoně stal poprvé ve své kariéře Španěl Carlos Checa a v poháru značek získala svůj rekordní 17. titul Ducati.

Kalendář Provizorní kalendář byl veřejnosti představen Mezinárodní motocyklovou federací 7. října 2010. V té době obsahoval 11 jistých podniků a dva, na jejichž potvrzení se ještě čekalo. Závody v Kyalami byly nahrazeny podnikem na španělském okruhu Motorland Aragon a do seriálu se vrátil i britský Donington Park. Poslední změna byla oznámena v listopadu 2010, kdy bylo potvrzeno konání závodu v Imole. Kalendář tak čítal celkem 13 podniků.
