A halászdenevér-félék (Noctilionidae) az emlősök (Mammalia) osztályának denevérek (Chiroptera) rendjébe, ezen belül a kis denevérek (Microchiroptera) alrendjébe tartozó család. A Noctilio az egyetlen neme ennek a családnak.
Közép- és Dél-Amerika területén honosak.
