L'Intercontinental Rally Challenge 2009 è stata la 4ª edizione dell'Intercontinental Rally Challenge. Sono state disputate 11 prove e tra di esse è presente anche il Rally di Montecarlo, per la prima volta inserito in questa competizione di rally. Il britannico Kris Meeke su Peugeot 207 S2000 si è aggiudicato il titolo piloti, mentre il campionato costruttori è stato vinto dalla Peugeot.
