Новоперки () — група на зракоперкови риби. Името Neopterygii значи "нови крила". Кај видовите од оваа поткласа постојат само неколку промени кои настанале со нивната еволуција од пораните зракоперки. Се појавиле некаде во доцниот Перм, пред појавата на диносаурусите. Новоперките се една многу успешна група на риби, бидејќи можат да се движат многу побрзо отколку нивните предци. Нивните лушпи и скелети станале полесни во текот на еволуцијата, додека нивните вилици станале помоќни и поефикасни.
