Нейтан Ирвинг Хентофф (; ) — американский историк, романист, музыкальный критик, а также синдицированный обозреватель в United Media. Хентофф был обозревателем The Village Voice с 1958 по 2009 год. После своего ухода оттуда Хентофф стал старшим научным сотрудником в Институте Катона и продолжал вести свою музыкальную колонку для The Wall Street Journal, где публиковались его статьи до самой его смерти.
