Dale Thomas Mortensen (* 2. február 1939, Enterprise, Oregon, USA – † 9. január 2014, Wilmette, Illinois) bol americký ekonóm.
V roku 2010 spolu s Petrom A. Diamondom a Christopherom A. Pissaridesom získal Cenu švédskej národnej banky za rozvoj ekonomickej vedy na pamiatku Alfreda Nobela za "analýzu trhov práce zaťažených náklady na vyhľadávanie".The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel 2010 Peter A.
