Eat to the Beat je štvrtý štúdiový album skupiny Blondie. Bol ocenený platinovou platňou a v roku 1980 sa umiestnil v Billboard TOP 10. Producentom albumu bol Mike Chapman.
O albume Album obsahuje pestrú škálu štýlov ako je pop, punk, reggae a funk. Tri single vyšli v Británii ("Dreaming", "Union City Blue" a "Atomic"). Pieseň "The Hardest Part" vyšla ako druhý singel z albumu v USA namiesto "Union City Blue".
