Поширення і екологія Ангольські змієокі сцинки мешкають в Демократичній Республіці Конго, Анголі, Намібії, Замбії, Зімбабве, Ботсвані, Мозамбіку, ПАР і Есватіні. Вони живуть в саванах і на луках, серед трави і опалого листя. Самиці відкладають від 2 до 6 яєць.
