Lygodactylus montiscaeruli (макгабензький карликовий гекон) — вид геконоподібних ящірок родини геконових (Gekkonidae). Ендемік Південно-Африканської Республіки.
Поширення і екологія Макгабензькі карликові гекони мешкають на плато та в горах в провінції Лімпопо. Вони живуть в тріщинах серед пісковикових скель та в саванах. Відкладають яйця.
