C/1911 O1 Brooks è una cometa non periodica scoperta dall'astronomo statunitense William Robert Brooks il 20 luglio 1911 Comets and Asteroid Notes, Popular Astronomy, vol. 19, pag. 451, agosto 1911 .
Visibilità La cometa fu ben visibile ad occhio nudo raggiungendo il 16 novembre 1911 la 3 magnitudine con un nucleo apparente di 5a e una coda lunga 2° Enrique Chaudet, Observations of comet 1911c, Astronomical Journal, vol. 28, n. 653, pag. 39-40, settembre 1913 , il 25 ottobre 1911 la coda appariva ad occhio nudo lunga 40° Harold Knox-Shaw, Observations of Brook's Comet (1911c), Helwan Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics Bulletins, vol. 5, pag. 32-35, febbraio 1912 .
