Купля Гадсдэна (, ) — палітычна-гандлёвая аперацыя, набыццё ЗША ў Мексікі ў 1853 годзе 120 000 км² тэрыторыі на поўдзень ад ракі Гіл і на захад ад ракі Рыа-Грандэ за 10 млн долараў ЗША.
Асноўнай прычынай куплі была патрэба ў будаўніцтве трансакіянскай чыгункі, якая злучыла б розныя часткі тэрыторыі ЗША. Называецца ад імя пасла ЗША ў Мехіка, які правёў дзейсніў трансакцыю. Цяпер тэрыторыя куплі падзелена паміж штатамі Арызона і Нью-Мексіка. Пасля аперацыі мяжа Злучаных Штатаў і Мексікі значна не мянялася.
